“The Quest Savoy was perfect for us, being within easy walking distance to the RHH was important. The room was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. It was serviced beautifully. The reception staff were professional, competent and friendly. The only down side was off site parking, however it was only a short walk to a carpark. Payment and registration was arranged by the Quest Savoy staff .”

Sembra di trovarsi dentro ad un romanzo di Agatha Christie per l'atmosfera che si respira, sembra che il tempo si sia fermato. “Don’t stay at this hotel on a Friday night if you like sleep. We stayed for 2 nights to finish off our trip to Tasmania before flying home but the hotel is next to/on top of a night club that had live music Friday night that we could hear even in our room on level 8 and less loud music Saturday night. I was going to request to move rooms but read similar reviews where people were moved to the other side of the hotel and it was just as bad so didn’t bother. Check in was quick but dropping...

“Stayed here through Expedia and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. We arrived at 9am and later asked around 12pm if early check-in was possible, even for an extra fee. Fair enough if unavailable, but staff were dismissive and seemed more interested in chatting than helping guests. When we finally got the room, it involved two flights of stairs, which was difficult travelling with my 70-year-old mother.
